All charters are paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your date. Once payment is received, the date is secured exclusively for your group.

• Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled charter start time

• 50% refund for cancellations made 3–5 days before the scheduled start time

• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time

Because the boat and captain are reserved exclusively for your date, this policy helps protect last-minute availability while still offering flexibility.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe to operate, we will work with you to reschedule for another available date. Weather-related decisions are made at the captain’s discretion.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled charter start time to allow for boarding and safety briefing. Charters depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water and cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

Charters are limited to the agreed-upon group size at booking. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We accept Zelle at no additional cost. Credit card payments are available and include a processing fee.

Holiday and peak-demand dates are priced differently due to limited availability and increased demand.
